Each and every recipe exudes Vangelis' special care but there is even more! The honey comes from his honey bee farm, the olives and cooking oil from his own olive grove, the bread is home-made and the katiki cheese is toothsome. In addition, for all his dishes he uses local dairy and meat, and fish from the catch the night before.
